This notice explains what happens to information you send through the site. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not take payment here.

What you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a description of your project. You can also tell us a budget or timeline, and what you are interested in.

The small business websites form asks for your name, business name, email address, and a message. A phone number is optional.

We use those details to read your enquiry and reply, and to take the next step if you ask us to work together. You can choose not to send the form.

Who receives it

Messages are delivered to thestudio@studiohelga.co.uk by our email service. That service receives your name, email address, and the contents of the form so the message can reach us.

We do not sell your information.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. The host may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Those logs are used to run and protect the site.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not store a cookie to remember a consent choice.

How long we keep messages

We keep an enquiry while we are in conversation about it, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can look back at what was discussed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Host logs are kept for as long as the host needs them to run and protect the site.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email thestudio@studiohelga.co.uk or use the contact page.
